Location: Kauri Cliffs Rd, MD

Challenge:  This Owings Mills basement finishing project transformed an unfinished space into a functional home gym. The renovation included framing, drywall finishing on both walls and ceiling, painting the walls in a blue-grey hue, installation of recessed lighting, and the addition of a double French door. The space is currently furnished with a treadmill and features a unique, patterned grey and black foam tile flooring.
